All phone consultations are accompanied by written advice and care plans specifically for your baby.

Mothers receive a baby diary and questionnaire to complete and return for the consultant to study prior to consultation. During the consultation Mothers are encouraged to describe and discuss their baby’s colic and their personal feelings concerning possible causes. The consultant will then ask the Mother questions to further assess baby’s individual needs and identify possible reasons for the colicky symptoms. At this stage the consultant will be able to offer advice and suggest possible causes for baby’s colic. The mother is then invited to ask questions and discuss any additional appropriate care, support or specialist services required. The consultant will send written advice and personal care plan following consultation.
